It is an exciting time in the Belmont-Arthur Avenue neighborhood. The LDC is drawing upon its successful history, years of experience, strong community leadership and winning housing and community development programs to help create and sustain our 'Commitment to Quality Housing in the Belmont Neighborhood Community.' Never before has a comprehensive housing approach to the Belmont community been undertaken. Over the coming years, we will be focusing our energies on housing development projects involving Federal, State and local assistance, as well as several social service delivery programs.
